Description

This program provides an introduction to working in retail. This includes face to face and online shopping. Many retailers provide both online shops and frontline team members. Retail sales involve frontline customer service and sales as well as the operation of point of sale equipment. Some frontline staff interacts with customers online supporting sales via chat rooms and emails.

This course will look at:

Creating a relationship with customers in both the face to face and online environment

Identifying customer needs

Providing advice on services or products

Processing customer feedback

Working to organisational standards

Working as part of a team
