About the role

Providing strong leadership to a talented team of Educators, you will:

  • support their success through effective management, professional development and on-the-job training
  • manage budgets and financials
  • report on and clearly communicate the objectives of Cire
  • develop clear and streamlined processes to improve efficiency and compliance
  • build strong relationships with families, the community and staff at Cire

About you

To be successful in this role, you will:

  • Hold an ACECQA approved Diploma or Degree qualification in Education (Early Childhood)
  • Have experience working at director/centre manager level in a busy childcare service
  • Be passionate about early childhood education
  • Skills to lead, motivate and inspire educators to achieve quality outcomes for children and families
  • Understand legislative requirements related to early childhood
  • Have solid knowledge of the National Quality Framework and National Quality Standards
  • Ability to ensure 100% compliance and promote a culture of best practice across the service
  • Hold a valid and current approved Victorian Driver’s License with access to a reliable car
  • Currently hold, or be willing to undertake, certifications including a Working with Children Check, Australian Right to Work Check, and National Police Check
