Terms and conditions
Bookings are considered tentative until this signed form is received by Cire and payment received. If you cancel more than 4 weeks before the market we will retain 50% of the table booking fee. If you cancel within 4 weeks there is no refund, unless in extreme circumstances which will then be decided at our discretion.
To confirm your booking, 100% payment must be made within 14 days of issued invoice. Unless this is paid, your booking may be cancelled.
To use this facility, the User/Hirer/Lessee must be the holder of current Public Liability insurance relevant to the activities specified and covering the times and dates of the hire. The insurance must be in the name of the User/Hirer/Lessee and provide coverage for a minimum sum of $10 million (or more).
The floors, walls, window coverings or any other part of the building or any fitting or furniture must not be damaged. The stallholder will be charged for repairing or putting right any such damage.
It is the responsibility of the stallholder to ensure they conform to any Australian standards pertaining to their product. Cire will not be held accountable for any trademark or copyright or safety infringement.
The stallholder agrees to indemnify and to keep indemnified, Cire, their servants and agents and each of them from and against all actions, costs, claims, charges, expenses, penalties, demands and damages whatsoever which may be brought or made or claimed against them, or any of them arising from the stallholders performance or purported performance of its obligations under this licence/permit and be directly related to the negligent acts, errors or omissions of the stallholder.
The Stallholder’s liability to indemnify Cire shall be reduced proportionally to the
extent that any act or omission of Cire, its servants or agents, contributed to the loss or liability.
SETTING UP/PACK UP
The stallholder has the responsibility for setting up and clearing away all equipment to its original location unless prior arrangements have been made. Stalls must not be packed up until the advertised closing time.
Stallholders are responsible for leaving their site and surrounding area clean & tidy from rubbish, etc. If a stallholder’s site is not left clean, a $10 cleaning fee may apply.
All emergency exit doorways and passageways should be kept clear at all times.
