Provide First Aid including CPR (HLTAID011)
This course is also known as Level 2 – Senior First Aid. It was previously listed as HLTAID003, Senior First Aid, Workplace Level 2, and Apply First Aid.
This course is suitable for people in workplaces and members of the public who require a comprehensive first aid course to adhere to WorkSafe Victoria minimum standards. Learn to recognise and respond to life-threatening emergencies, and practise providing a first aid response to a casualty in a range of situations.
Assessments comprise practical tasks and written questions throughout the course. Upon successful completion, you will receive the HLTAID011 Provide First Aid certificate.

- Situations, managing unconscious casualties,
- Cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR), using a defibrillator

Maintaining Certification
HLTAID011 Provide First Aid and must be completed every three years. The CPR component (HLTAID009 – Provide Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR)) must be completed annually.
