Duration
Two 6-hour training sessions and assessment in a workplace or simulated industry environment. Participants must be working in the industry or undertake a placement in order to complete their assessment.
Delivery mode
On campus, in the workplace or a commercial kitchen. Supervision of a food safety plan is a requirement for assessment in this course.
Supervisors are required to attend both days unless you have already obtained your Food Safety Level 1 Certificate then you only have to attend the second day (please bring a copy of your certificate on the day)

disposal of food
provide safe single use items
maintain a clean food environment
supervise the food safety plan

Upon successful completion, participants will be issued with a statement of attainment.
