Our campus at Yarra Junction is a newly refurbished, purpose-built facility nestled in our beautiful native bushland. It features a variety of spacious rooms and spaces designed to engage and support our diverse cohort, including a brand-new landscaped playground and outdoor learning area, modern and classic architecture, and designated loud and quiet areas for regulation.

Junior Years Program

Our Junior Years Program for Years 5-6 provides a nurturing environment with personalised learning plans, small class sizes, and comprehensive support, ensuring a seamless transition to secondary education. ​

 

Middle Years Program

Tailored for students in Years 7-9, our Middle Years Program focuses on individual interests through passion projects and community engagement, providing a pathway to senior secondary certificates.

 

Senior Years Program

Our Senior Years Program offers the Victorian Pathways Certificate (VPC) and VCE Vocational Major (VCE VM), equipping students with practical skills and experiences needed for future success. ​

 

Industrial Kitchen

Our kitchen provides a space for students to earn hospitality qualifications and learn safe cooking skills through hands-on practice while cooking for their peers.

 

Bus Service

Cire’s internal bus service ensures students are picked up by friendly, consistent drivers who know and support our cohort in a safe and connected community experience.

 

Gardening Programs

Our gardening programs teach students about vegetables, seasons, and practical skills, offering hands-on activities that nurture learning, growth, and connection to the environment.

Campus Principal Yarra Junction

Tom has been a valuable member of the Cire team for over 7 years, holding various roles such as classroom teacher, operations leader, and leader in teaching and learning. Throughout his time at Cire one thing has remained constant: his drive to redefine success for our students.

In Tom’s view, building a positive community that embraces and aligns with Cire Community School’s core values of safety, respect, and learning is essential for student growth. Tom places a strong emphasis on fostering social connectedness and emotional intelligence, recognising these as vital skills for success not only in school but also in life.
