From your first contact with Cire Training, we work with you to identify your best option to obtain a qualification in your desired sector to get you working in the job you want. This includes:
Personalised Pre-Enrolment support through one-on-one discussions with experienced staff. This can include information regarding the courses, study modes and employment outcomes available to you, to ensure you have all the information you need to make the best decision for your circumstances.
Assistance with the enrolment process – navigating through the enrolment process can be a challenge for some, and while we offer online options to streamline the process, we can also assist over the phone and in person to ensure the process is as stress free as possible!
Pre Accredited study support options for students needing to ease into studying. For many, vocational training is their first step back into a classroom for a very long time, and can be rather daunting. We offer a range of pre accredited short courses to students focused on preparing people for further training and/or employment.
Supportive Learning Environment
Our small class sizes, expert trainers and caring support/admin staff set students up for success throughout their course. We strongly believe that everyone has the right to further education and it is our mission to remove barriers to ensure vocational education is accessible to all that seek it. Our focus is always on ensuring our students not only have what they need to complete their studies and find employment, but also to be able to have a positive learning experience while doing so. In addition to this, we recognise that there are times students can use additional support. Our additional support services include:
Making adjustments to the training delivery for students with additional learning/support needs
Access to a specialised student support team to provide one on one services to support student’s wellbeing
Opportunities to connect with trainers and/or RTO support staff outside of the classroom schedule to ensure students say connected and on track.
Support to source and obtain student placement positions through our well developed industry contacts and relationships
