The students of Project Cire had an exciting time working on the latest edition of Vasili's Garden to Kitchen magazine. The entire process involved a lot of hard work, from preparing the recipes to staging them for the photoshoot. However, the most rewarding part of the experience was undoubtedly getting to sample the menu they helped create. After spending hours in the kitchen, the team enjoyed a delicious lunch showcasing their creations.

Overall, the project was a unique opportunity for the students to learn and develop their culinary skills while having a fun and creative experience.

We are delighted to share that our Everyday Cooking learners had the fantastic opportunity to collaborate with Project Cire last week. A big thank you to Emily (Project Cire Trainer) for making it possible.

For our Everyday Learner group, being able to work on a real food truck and apply the valuable skills they have learned is always a standout experience. They were filled with pride as they used the warmer and fryer, served food to each other, worked as a team, and shared their interests throughout the day.

What a fantastic year it has been for Project Cire!
