Student Experience
Cire Training strives to provide a warm and inviting classroom environment so students can feel safe, included and ready to learn. Students have described Cire classes as feeling like a “family” and something they look forward to waking up for in the morning.
Students attending Cire Training are treated as individuals, not just a number, and are offered support and flexibility to achieve their best. Students have described their trainers as friendly, supportive, knowledgeable and thorough.
Student experience surveys and pulse checks are administered regularly throughout the year to ensure that students have a voice and their
needs/concerns are being met.
Education Support
Cire Training provides flexible learning options to cater to students with additional needs. Cire Training will work closely with each student’s secondary school to ensure that their learning experience is positive and fulfilling.
In accordance with the Disability Standards for Education 2005, Cire Training provides ‘reasonable adjustments’ to accommodate students with disabilities. Our training team will consult with students and their families/guardians to provide the most suitable assistance.
Activities
Students are welcomed to attend numerous events and activities hosted by Cire Services throughout the year.
These opportunities encourage students to have fun, meet other students and develop a sense of belonging.
Work Experience
Cire Training provides a variety of additional work experiences for students who are eager to extend their understanding of their chosen field.
Students can be involved with event planning, volunteering within the community or a variety of other opportunities.
