Student Experience
Cire Training strives to provide a warm and inviting classroom environment so that students can feel safe, included and ready to learn. Students have described Cire classes as feeling like a “family” and something they look forward to waking up for in the morning.
Students attending Cire Training are treated as individuals, not just a number, and are offered support and flexibility in order to achieve their best. Students have described their trainers as being friendly, supportive, knowledgeable and thorough.
Student experience surveys and pulse checks are administered regularly throughout the year to ensure that students have a voice and their needs/concerns are being met.
Education Support
In these courses students will undertake:
- practical activities
- research/projects
- written activities/multiple-choice questions
- oral presentations/verbal questioning
- group work/working as a team
Activities
Cire Training provides a variety of events and activities throughout the year.
These opportunities encourage students to have fun, meet other students and develop a sense of belonging.
Work Experience
Cire Training provides a variety of additional work experiences for students who are eager to extend their understanding of their chosen field.
Students can be involved with event planning, volunteering within the community or a variety of other opportunities.
