Wellbeing At Cire
Growing up in modern society presents many challenges for our young people. We provide targeted support for students who are unable to thrive in mainstream education due to complex social, emotional, behavioural, or learning needs.
Our qualified team of wellbeing officers collaborate with students, teachers, and learning assistants to ensure our young people are empowered to achieve their potential.
As your young person develops academically, we nurture their growth into confident and resilient individuals.
Our Approach
Our students feel safe and supported to learn by building trust, collaboration, and autonomy.
RAISE principles
Cire students and education team all agree on RAISE principles:
- Regard for people, places and property
- Attune to the needs of others
- Innovate by embracing change and new ideas
- Safety at our school
- Empowering students to take ownership of their learning and growth.
Trauma-Informed Practice
Cire understands that experiences of trauma impacts how people interact, behave, and learn. We meet students at their level, establishing a relationship of trust that allow our educators to recognise and meet their needs.
We create a school environment where students can engage and build a healthy foundation that supports their learning.
