Program

The Digital Literacy program is designed to build confidence and skills in using a computer, particularly if you need extra support with technology. Instructors will focus on the skills you wish to learn. Learn essential software programs used for both personal and work purposes. You’ll start small and build confidence in your digital language, literacy, and numeracy skills.

Topics include

Introduction to Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
Sending and receiving emails (attaching files)
File management (creating and managing folders)
Keyboard skills (learning special key functions)
Using the Internet effectively and safely
