Life can feel overwhelming when you’re facing barriers like isolation, financial stress, or discrimination. EmpowerHer is a 12-week program starting early 2026 for women who want to build confidence and take steps toward independence.

What to Expect:

Weekly workshops on digital literacy, financial literacy, communication, self-advocacy, and personal development
Access to service providers for housing, counselling, legal aid, and employment support
