Exercise is one of the best ways to keep healthy.
Facilitated by a Clinical Exercise Physiologist who specialises in group-based training for older individuals living in the Yarra Ranges community.
These exercises are designed to improve and maintain balance, postural strength, endurance and give you confidence in movements specific to activities of daily living. With options to adjust the intensity, you can choose the fitness level you are comfortable with to participate safely.
