This milestone event celebrates 50 years of education, connection, and community impact. It honours our journey from Upper Yarra Community House to the Cire of today, an organisation that has empowered thousands of individuals through lifelong learning.

The evening will be a celebration of our history and achievements, featuring guest speakers, a silent auction, and reflections on the people and moments that have shaped Cire over the past five decades.

Dave O’Neil – MC

Our Master of Ceremonies for the event will be the illustrious Dave O’Neill.

Dave has performed comedy for over 30 years. You may have seen him on TV shows such as Fisk, Utopia, The Project and Spicks and Specks where he holds the record for the most appearances (69 times!). He can be heard on his podcasts ‘Somehow Related’ with Glenn Robbins and ‘The Junkies’ with Kitty Flanagan. He appeared in the movie ‘The Nugget’ with Eric Bana and has written several books, the latest one ‘The summer of 82’ was almost a best seller.
