SITHFAB021 Responsible Service of Alcohol – RSA

This course is essential for anyone intending to work within a licensed alcohol serving venue in Victoria, Australia. It includes content specific to Victorian liquor laws and covers all aspects required to responsibly sell, serve, or supply alcohol. This can be delivered at our Lilydale location, or at other suitable places or businesses of your choosing for groups. Assessments comprise practical tasks and written questions throughout the course.

Upon successful completion, you will receive SITHFAB021 Responsible Service of Alcohol and a Liquor Control Victoria RSA certificate.

Sexual Harassment and Assault: Recognise, Prevent and Respond (SHARPR) is a mandatory 60-minute online training module, introduced by Liquor Control Victoria (LCV) on December 1, 2025, for all new and refresher RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) certificate holders. It trains staff to identify, prevent, and respond to sexual violence in licensed venues.
