This food handling course is the ideal entry-level program for those starting work in the food industry, and provides a pathway to further food safety certification.

You will learn and practice essential personal hygiene techniques to prevent food contamination and food-borne illnesses, and develop an understanding of your responsibilities as a food handler. Delivered from our custom-made Project Cire food truck, we come to you to deliver a personalised, interactive environment.

Assessments comprise practical tasks and written questions throughout the course. Upon successful completion, you will gain a nationally recognised certificate demonstrating your proficiency.
