Community Services is a diverse sector with many different career pathways. This qualification will develop your skills and knowledge to successfully support clients within the community.
You will learn how to communicate with diverse people and organisations, plan and develop programs, participate in group work and explore the fundamentals of case management. Through reflective practice and experienced support, you will grow confident in supporting people in our community to live their best lives.

Learn through online modules and regular webinars with your trainer, with additional study support available. 200 hours of work placement must be completed in three placement blocks throughout the course.
Work-based and Traineeship | 18-24 months
Monthly sessions with your trainer in the workplace to support your studies. Online learning using interactive eLearning content. Students will require a clear Police Check and a Working with Children Check for work placement.

- Working with Children Check for work placement
- Moderate computer, email and internet skills
Cire Training will assess prospective students’ existing skills, knowledge, and abilities (including Language, Literacy, Numeracy and Digital Literacy (LLND) skills) and will identify any specific needs to ensure that their chosen course is suitable.
