This course offers students the opportunity to learn about the community services sector and explore specific contexts of work. Skills will be developed in communication, working with diversity, workplace health and safety, administration support, and responding to clients.

Students must complete a minimum of 20 hours of volunteering in an organisation with a structured volunteer program. The volunteering must involve working as part of a team with paid and or unpaid staff. Cire trainers will provide support through regular contact and workplace visits where appropriate. Online self study activities run throughout the course.
Entry Requirements
Cire Training will assess prospective students’ existing skills, knowledge, and abilities (including Language Literacy and Numeracy (LLN) ability) and identify any specific needs to ensure that their chosen course is suitable.
