Supporting busy families within the community

Yarra Junction OSHC is quite unique in that it caters for students from eight primary schools in our local catchment area.
For the convenience of families, and to facilitate access to the program, Cire provides a courtesy bus to and from the following schools: Hoddles Creek, Launching Place, Millwarra Primary School (Millgrove and East Warburton campuses), St Joseph’s, Wesburn, Steiner School and Yarra Junction.
Our passionate team of early childhood educators is committed to delivering a quality program and creating a warm, nurturing and welcoming environment to inspire and encourage children to be curious and empower them to problem solve and seek answers.
All our staff are fully trained in First Aid, including CPR, anaphylaxis and Emergency Asthma Management. We always have a minimum of two educators on duty to ensure the safety of each child.
We provide healthy and nutritious food using wholesome ingredients and in accordance with the Australian Dietary Guidelines. We also cater to dietary, allergy and anaphylaxis requirements.
Before School Care – We offer a healthy and hearty breakfast to ensure that children are ready for their school day. Our breakfast menu includes pancakes, baked beans on toast, cereal, toast, eggs and fruit.
After School Care – Our afternoon tea menu always includes fresh fruit in addition to some of the following: pasta, baked beans on toast, mini pizza, vegetable and dip platter and toasties.
We are committed to creating and maintaining strong links with our community and strive to provide support in all we do.
We are committed to sustainable practices and pride ourselves on educating the children on how they can help to reduce the carbon footprint of the world.
