Course dates and locations

Hospitality Jump-start for Jobs is a three-day short course. We have three intakes during the year.

April Intake
Day 1: Wednesday 12th April – Chirnside Park Community Hub
Day 2: Thursday 13th April – Cire Training, Lilydale Campus
Day 3: Friday 14th April – Chirnside Park Community Hub

June Intake
Day 1: Wednesday 28th June – Chirnside Park Community Hub
Day 2: Thursday 29th June – Cire Training, Lilydale Campus
Day 3: Friday 30th June – Chirnside Park Community Hub

September Intake
Day 1: Wednesday 20th September – Chirnside Park Community Hub
Day 2: Thursday 21st September – Cire Training, Lilydale Campus
Day 3: Friday 32nd September – Chirnside Park Community Hub

Pathway to Project Cire

After completing the short course, students have the option to continue their learning and gain a dual qualification in Hospitality and Tourism.
Project Cire, offers a unique training opportunity that combines, classroom learning with hands-on experience in a simulated kitchen/food truck environment.
Training is delivered with Victorian and Commonwealth Government funding to eligible participants.
