Our History

Cire’s story began in 1976 as the Upper Yarra Community House, established in Yarra Junction. We started with a simple yet meaningful mission: to bring people together through short hobby courses and a local playgroup.

What began as a small initiative quickly became a cherished hub where locals could learn, grow, and support one another. These early steps laid the foundation for what would become a lifelong pursuit of empowering people through education and community connection.
