With a professional background in both the corporate and not-for-profit sectors, Gus is a visionary and transformational leader. She has entrepreneurial capability and a track record in building and leading high performing senior teams, underpinned by a focus on organisational improvement.
Gus draws on more than 25 years of leadership experience in human resources, strategy, legal, financial, marketing and commercial environments. She has a proven capacity to work collaboratively with boards, directors, executive management, government, peak bodies and key stakeholders within the education, employment services, community services and recruitment sectors.

Erin Weinberg – Chief Operating Officer
Erin Weinberg brings to her role as Chief Operating Officer more than 15 years of experience with large and multinational organisations in Australia and overseas.
Spanning a diverse array of industries and cultures, Erin has held senior positions in Finance, Account Management, and Commercial Management, and also worked closely with Legal, Human Resources, Operations, Sales and other departments.
The knowledge and skills Erin has acquired in the private sector have been a great asset in her role at Cire.
Erin recognises the great importance of the services Cire offers and delivers to people of all ages. She finds it hugely rewarding to be part of a leadership team, and organisation, that is committed to meeting the needs of the community.

Peri Dix – Executive Manager Education, Cire Community School
As Executive Manager of Education Peri’s role is to ensure the school values of Respect, Safety and Learning are a focus for each student, across all campuses. Provision of excellent learning experiences which cater for all student needs at an individual level, alongside working with the team to support mental and emotional health in our young people are key priorities.
Peri has a strong background in curriculum planning and assessment, and individualised learning and has been a school principal for over 15 years across a wide range of educational settings.

Diletta Lanciana – Executive Manager, Early Learning
It was Cire’s values and relentless commitment to supporting people of all ages and backgrounds to be the best they can be that sealed the deal for Diletta Lanciana to become Executive Manager, Family and Children’s Services.
In turn, Diletta enriches her role with more than 30 years of experience in various careers that have included social work, business and early childhood. Initially a social worker in community health, aged care, and with young mums in the Yarra Valley, she found her niche in the early childhood sector where she has worked for more than 16 years. Most of her time has been in leadership positions.
Diletta is a strong advocate for the importance of the early years in the healthy development of individuals and that all children should have opportunities for learning.

Laura Shortis – Executive Manager, Cire Training and Community Hubs
Given her broad leadership experience across the community services sector, Laura Shortis has the expertise and professional agility to further enrich her role as Executive Manager, Cire Training and Community Hubs. With a passion for community inclusion, her responsive and adaptive approach helps support her team to ensure the hubs consistently meet the needs of the communities they serve and are an integrated part of Cire’s overall operation.
Laura believes in the importance of empowerment through effective leadership, and providing her team with the tools and support to thrive in their roles and exceed their own expectations. Laura is excited to be a part of a dynamic leadership team with a shared vision for making a positive impact on the community.
