With a professional background in both the corporate and not-for-profit sectors, Gus is a visionary and transformational leader. She has entrepreneurial capability and a track record in building and leading high performing senior teams, underpinned by a focus on organisational improvement.
Gus draws on more than 25 years of leadership experience in human resources, strategy, legal, financial, marketing and commercial environments. She has a proven capacity to work collaboratively with boards, directors, executive management, government, peak bodies and key stakeholders within the education, employment services, community services and recruitment sectors.

Erin Weinberg – Chief Operating Officer
Erin Weinberg brings to her role as Chief Operating Officer more than 15 years of experience with large and multinational organisations in Australia and overseas.
Spanning a diverse array of industries and cultures, Erin has held senior positions in Finance, Account Management, and Commercial Management, and also worked closely with Legal, Human Resources, Operations, Sales and other departments.
The knowledge and skills Erin has acquired in the private sector have been a great asset in her role at Cire.
Erin recognises the great importance of the services Cire offers and delivers to people of all ages. She finds it hugely rewarding to be part of a leadership team, and organisation, that is committed to meeting the needs of the community.

Colin Brown – Executive Manager, People & Culture
Colin brings extensive experience in the People & Culture profession to his role as Executive Manager, People & Culture.
He has had senior management roles across government, health, financial services, manufacturing, technology and professional services. This diverse background provided Colin with the opportunity to develop his skills and capabilities within a wide variety of environments and therefore is a great foundation for his key role at Cire.
People are the most critical asset for any organisation, and this is especially so for Cire to deliver the very important services we offer the community. Our people are the reason for our success, and they will make sure we continue to grow and flourish.

Diletta Lanciana – Executive Manager, Early Learning
It was Cire’s values and relentless commitment to supporting people of all ages and backgrounds to be the best they can be that sealed the deal for Diletta Lanciana to become Executive Manager, Family and Children’s Services.
In turn, Diletta enriches her role with more than 30 years of experience in various careers that have included social work, business and early childhood. Initially a social worker in community health, aged care, and with young mums in the Yarra Valley, she found her niche in the early childhood sector where she has worked for more than 16 years. Most of her time has been in leadership positions.
Diletta is a strong advocate for the importance of the early years in the healthy development of individuals and that all children should have opportunities for learning.

Helen Ruddell – Executive Manager, Training and Hubs
Helen has extensive experience in local government and the private sector, providing strategic and operational direction.
Helen is known for bringing people together and making things happen through strategic initiatives, collaboration and partnerships with community, businesses, educators, government and industry stakeholders.
She has a demonstrated ability to deliver transformative and empowering leadership while developing strategic initiatives that achieve positive health and wellbeing outcomes for the community as well as encourage economic growth and prosperity.
