This diploma is the minimum qualification required to direct or manage children‘s services centre-based care. Students learn how to plan, implement and manage programs in early childhood services and be responsible for supervising a team of staff.
Who should enrol?
Those working in the Early Learning sector who wish to expand and build upon their skills and knowledge.
Students must have completed a Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care (CHC30113 or CHC30121).
Workplace-based and Traineeship – Continue to work as an Early Childhood Educator while upskilling. Our experienced trainers will support you and your employer to ensure you get the most out of your studies as you apply your new knowledge in your workplace. Self-paced online learning using interactive eLearning content.
Between 18 to 24 months. This diploma has a part-time study component which includes online regular self-study, workplace observations and personalised sessions with your trainer online and in the workplace.
Entry requirements: Cire Training will assess prospective students’ existing skills, knowledge, and abilities (including Language Literacy and Numeracy (LLN) ability) and identify any specific needs to ensure that their chosen course is suitable.

Continue to work as an Early Childhood Educator while upskilling.
