Experienced in both the private and not-for-profit sectors, I am a visionary and transformational leader with entrepreneurial capability, diverse experience building and leading high performing senior teams, with a consistent focus on organisational improvement.
Over 20 years leadership experience in human resources, strategy, legal, financial, marketing and commercial environments, with a proven capacity to work collaboratively with boards, directors, executive management, government, peak bodies and key stakeholders within the education, employment services, community services and recruitment sectors.

Erin Weinberg – Chief Financial Officer
I have over 15 years’ experience working with large and multinational organisations in Australia and overseas. I’ve held senior positions in Finance, Account Management, and Commercial Management, and worked closely with Finance, Legal, Human Resources, Operations, Sales and other functions. My experience spans a diverse array of industries and cultures.
The knowledge and skills acquired in the private sector will be applied to my position as CFO at Cire.

Anna-Louise Allen – Education and Training
The position of Executive Manager Education and Training brings together some of the highlights from previous roles in my career. I bring 35 years’ experience leading the development and delivery of innovative education and training programs for primary, secondary and adult learners. Over the past 16 years, I have been a VET Consultant and Auditor which has seen me facilitate communication between the education industry, government and business.
I am thrilled to be back working in the Yarra Valley, as part of a dedicated team who are implementing applied learning techniques through the Cire Community School and training. It is wonderful to work for a quality organisation who do what they say in providing services that meet community needs.

Diletta Lanciana – Executive Manager Family and Children’s Services
This position encapsulates more than 30 years’ experience in various careers that have included social work, business and early childhood. I spent more than 10 years in the early part of my career working as a social worker in various roles supporting community health, aged care, and young mums in the Yarra Valley. For the last 16 years, I have worked in early childhood for 12 years in a leadership position. I am passionate about helping support and empower individuals across all ages to become the best they can be. I acknowledge the importance of the early years in children’s development and believe all children should have opportunities for learning.
I was drawn to this position because of Cire’s values and its dedication to helping support the community across all ages.
